Revenue Cycle Management - Remote - Full Time

Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Team to handle tasks such as billing, collections, or denial management.  The ideal candidate is action oriented and looking to learn and grow with Ni2 to advance within the organization.  The Credit Balance Specialist will: 

  • Manage revenue cycle processes end-to-end
  • Identify and resolve issue impacting revenue
  • Collaborate across clinical and financial areas
  • Analyze metrics and reports to enhance performance
  • Ensure adherence to revenue cycle best practices
  • Assist in other duties as assigned

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS 
Applicants must submit a full CV, cover letter and updated resume to be considered. 
Position is remote. 
Minimum Job Requirements 

  • High School Diploma (College degree preferred) 
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management
  • 5+ years of Medicare billing and follow up experience
  • In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies in relevant speciality area
  • Experience with Epic
  • Experience with payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook

Compensation Package 

  • Hourly wage based on experience
