Summary Description

We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven Product Manager with a passion for working at the intersection of UX, automation, AI, and data. In this high-visibility role, you will guide the development and launch of our RCM platform, delivering measurable value to both internal and external stakeholders. This is an opportunity to drive impactful solutions addressing some of the most pressing challenges in the healthcare industry. 


Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with customers, users, and internal teams to gather insights and translate them into prioritized product features and improvements 
  • Use data to inform product decisions, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement 
  • Collaborate across UX design, automation, AI, and data analytics teams to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions 
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate RCM workflows, integrating advanced analytics and machine learning where applicable 
  • Ensure the platform delivers an intuitive, user-friendly experience for diverse stakeholders, including end-users and executive decision-makers 
  • Work closely with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists to drive execution of the vision and monitor performance 
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and implementation teams to define launch strategies, drive adoption, and deliver measurable results 
Skills and Education
  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering high-value, impactful products that drive revenue and adoption 
  • Experience with platforms that utilize automation, AI, integrations, or data analytics is highly desirable 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to shape product strategies and measure success 
  • Proficiency with SQL and tools such Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms 
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently 
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Experience in healthcare RCM or related fields (2+ years) is a significant advantage
