Summary Description
We are seeking a smart and creative Technology Product Manager with hands-on experience in product development for Infinx's IPAS (Infinx Patient Access Software). We are looking for someone who has a passion for building great software products and is interested in learning new domains. A self-start who will report to a VP of Product and work closely with Customers, Engineering, and Data Science. The Product Manager will coordinate with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, design, development, and operations. This role will be charged with identifying and developing solutions especially in the Patient Access and Billing areas of healthcare. The ideal candidate will endeavor to understand the significant flaws that exist in the healthcare market and have a passion for solving those problems.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Leader to develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product features, from ideation to launch
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and specifications
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
- Partner with product marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and support product launches
- Monitor product performance and adoption, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and automation teams to define and implement automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Develop metrics to measure the success of automation-related features and continuously improve based on feedback and data
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related inquiries
- Deliver products that can scale on AWS cloud platform using ECS, RDS, and EC2 components to deliver reliable and multi-tenant solution
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- SaaS or technology-driven industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Experience in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication
- Ability to work across geographies and time zones
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities
- Experience in identifying, implementing, and managing automation-related product features is a strong plus
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools is a plus
